1. Scope of On-Demand Services
SNBS coordinates non-emergency home care, nursing support, patient assistance, elder care, and babysitting services. Our assigned staff provide supportive and nursing care strictly in accordance with client instructions and doctor's prescriptions.
2. Independent Professional Conduct & Qualifications
While SNBS verifies identity (Aadhaar KYC), police vetting, qualifications, and references of care professionals, clients are advised to exercise reasonable household care and store valuable items securely.
3. Medical Advice & Prescription Policy
SNBS care personnel and staff do NOT prescribe medicines, alter dosages, or perform surgical or unauthorized medical interventions. All medication plans and clinical directives must come from a registered, licensed medical doctor.
