- Service Location / Address in Pune and PCMC;
- Care recipient details (patient age, medical conditions, dietary/mobility needs);
- For care professionals: Government Identity proofs (Aadhaar/PAN), police verification reports, qualification certificates, and medical fitness certificates.
2. Use of Personal Data
Collected data is strictly used for:
- Caregiver-client matching and operational scheduling;
- Identity verification, qualification checks, and safety vetting;
- Automated booking confirmations and WhatsApp dispatch alerts;
- Customer support, emergency coordination, and billing reconciliation.
3. Data Sharing & Confidentiality
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Relevant details are shared strictly with matched caregivers/clients for service delivery, or with law enforcement authorities where mandated by applicable Indian law.

All data stored in our systems and databases is secured using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption, restricted administrative role-based access, and robust firewall protocols.
